Transit/Lost, Stolen or Damaged
  • Once we ship a package, we are no longer responsible for it if it is lost or stolen. You will need to use your tracking number and file a claim at usps.com
  • If your package arrives damaged, you will need to send a picture or video to customer support (Support@EverythingOrganix.com) and we will work to resolve the issue.
